I just renovated an old kitchen in hollywoods and it was nearly impossible to install a garbage disposal due to lack of proper wiring. Edgar and Juan come to the house and not only did they upgrade the outlets to allow for the disposal to work, but did it without having to damage or cut into my marble surfaces. They also installed some new GFi plugs for me and gave me a nice discount for the repairs. Incredible service, incredible CUSTOMER service when I booked them and a great end result. I finally found a great electrician!

Both times the work was efficient, with competitive pricing that didn't exceed the original quote. USA Electric rewired my entire home 6 months ago and did the wiring for my new bathroom. I have a 1920s home which had knob and tube throughout.The crew was professional and clean. They were probably the nicest and polite crew i have worked with. Customer service seems to be high on their list. My electrical panel was nicely renamed. And most importantly, my Tesla power wall, car charger and solar panels were unaffected. It all worked perfectly afterwards.I feel so much better in my home. I am not concerned about my electrical or fires. I am happy I went with USA Electric!

Many years ago we moved into an old apartment in WeHo with ancient and badly wired cloth wiring and had power issues immediately. After failed attempts by our landlord's "electrician friend" to resolve it we were given a green light to call someone else and found USA Electric via google. Great decision. Our tech came quickly, tested EVERYTHING in the apartment, called out all the problems specifically and explained various options of repair we could pursue. We gladly got the green light from the landlord to go ahead and fully update and replace the panel and we felt safe and had no issues with it after for nearly 10 years.
Recently we moved to a new old house and needed a number of things updated and fixed so called USA Electric immediately. This technician came out as scheduled promptly, listened to everything and advised what he thought needed attention as well as work that I could avoid for now and consider down the road. No upselling at all. He worked quick and managed to fix and install all the things we needed seamlessly. Couldn't be happier.
Don't know how their prices compare - but I appreciate that they were forthright, quoted accurately and did good work. Thumbs up.

Jeremy and Brian came and gave an honest assessment and were no pressure at all about the work. The work itself was done in just a couple of hours, including the time it took to get parts, and the work area was cleaned up afterward. Setting up an appointment was simple and we received follow-up emails and texts. They were already in my area the day of the appointment and were able to come early (after calling to check first). I recommend being very clear about what work needs to get done and maybe even send in some pictures. Had I done that, maybe Jeremy wouldn't have had to go out and get parts, but I'll remember for next time. Worth giving USA Electric a call just to get a second opinion.

Dave and Brian came out quickly and immediatly started troubleshooting the issue. They have found that my store had experienced a power surge and some of the led transformers were damaged. They have offered to temporarily rewire the faulty lights and make them stop flickering by disconnecting some led lights. They have also offered to contact the lights manufacturer and file a warranty claim to help me get the issue resolved with the manufacture. USA Electric charged a fair price for the work, and got all my lights working again. I am so happy that I have found them, especialy because I had 2 other companies that could not resolve my lighting issue, and wanted to replace all the lights, which was much more expensive. Thanks to USA Electric I am back in business, with minimal down time of my store, and affordable repair cost. I recommand.

But when the insurance provider representative came to make sure our house had enough power to power the equipment I found out that our outlet wasn’t grounded and the equipment plug wouldn’t work. I called other companies but they either didn’t pick up or there voicemail box was filled. I called USA Electric and they picked up right away, I told them what I needed done and they said they would call me right back and they did. They gave me an estimate of $250.00 which is what I thought it would be and said they could be out to my house the same day. The two guys who came were so nice. Thankful they were able to ground the outlet and my mom can now get the equipment she needs. I would recommend USA Electric and will call again.

USA Electric responds immediately to emergency situations and has you back up and running in no time. We've used them more than once and, I must say each time their electricians come, they are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. These guys know what they are doing. They take time to trouble shoot in order to get to the source of the problem. Some of our switches weren't working properly so they came in and tested a few things and diagnosed the problem. I've noticed in the past, previous electricians seemed unconcerned and didn't ask many questions. Not to mention they weren't too friendly. But USA Electric was the best! The electrician took time to explain what the problem is and what they were going to do. For a friendly customer service driven electrician give them a call!

I talked to Gail about my situation and she told me not to worry and that she would send somebody out to my own ASAP! When Ken arrived he made me feel at ease, he diagnosed my problems quickly, and had all my issues fixed within no time at all. My outlets and my panel is working fine, and my family and I are back to using our Jacuzzi.
